Customer is responsible for ensuring that its personnel have sufficient training to acquire and maintain skills in the operation of the Software. If, in Sencha`s sole discretion, when responding to a customer`s support request, Sencha determines that the Solution is provided in available media (including, but not limited to, source code documentation, tutorials and samples, websites or support forums), Sencha may refer Customer`s personnel to the appropriate media to resolve the issue. Even if the request for assistance were resolved in this way, the minimum support fee described in Section 2 would continue to apply.

Support contracts are subject to general contract law and require legally sufficient consideration for the promise of support. A moral obligation that has nothing to do with a legal obligation such as that between parent and child is insufficient consideration for a promise of support.
